Four Belgian riders ina sprint to win, wonderful for Belgian fans. It was a very wet race, and the video shows crash after crash. Bob Roll was the top American finisher, and appears briefly near the end of this clip.

Poor Dhaenens -- always very close in Paris-Roubaix, but never quite netted it. The 1990 Worlds were his consolation prize.
