Here is are some simple answers. 1. They are the government. 2. They are under threat from terrorists. 3. They are an official public body that are meant to look after our countries. 4. Because they own the police and army. 5. Because they are protecting their workers from threats due to the high nature of politics which those buildings represent. Scientologies are quacks.

They tell wild tales about "made up" laws that cops pull out of the air to justify their actions." I didn't say it was LEGAL!! but they STILL DO IT. ALL THE TIME.
