to fix the zune thing not showing up on your pc you just update your zune. seriously, it worked for my 4gb zune so it should work for yours.

Sounds like it could be any number of issues - way too complex to trouble-shoot in YouTube comments. Call Zune tech support: 1-877-438-9863.

can you help me?
Once I make it to step #3 where it says "Please wait" It reboots then take me back to "Open zune software to update blah blah...Then it Gives me an error code on the zune player

hi i can updrade my firmware and its stuck on step 2. i've been trying to instill it the while day but it just goes back to step 1. can you please help?
oh and when i plug my zune to my PC it doesnt show it on the zune thing.

lol my zune 30 runs 3rd gen software

1. Press and hold the back button
2. Press up until it reboots
3. Then start pressing and holding the centre "OK" button and pressing left on the control pad (you have to do step 3 when the screen goes blank but before the reboot process actually starts)
