yes, the red player could either fold, call or raise the bet made by player purple.

at 5:30 the red player checked. If when it came to his turn, the purple player didn't want to check also but bet and then the green called; did the red player have to make another decision either bet or call or fold before we show the final card?

there is no set amount of players who can play.
in different types of poker games, different amounts of players are usually used.
In a tournament or single table game, anywhere between 5-10 players can play at a table. It can come down to personal choice
In tournaments I have run, with 70-80 players, I usually start with 8 players on each table.
ensuring the number of players isnt too large can lead to greater poker play so i recommend 6-8 players on a table.

a bluff is when a player places a bet when they are certain that their hand is not as good as another players hand. The bluff can be successfully used when one player has a lot more chips that another player or if the player is in a good position.
