back in the 80s this was heavy metal coz this was the heaviest type of metal played back then. But now we have death metal black metal and that kind of shitt so they take the place of heavy metal bands! theres a diference between heavy metal in the 80s and heavy metal now.

I think their not Heavey Metal, their not Rock, their in between. The reason Motley called a hair metal band because they have heavy metal Riffs and solos but they sometimes where makeup and and have that big 80s long hair
