Okay hi everyone ive been watching a few odi's recently and im pretty new to the game of cricket. anyway i noticed that at indian stadiums they seem to have large fences with barbed wire etc wrapped around the top. i really dont know why. can someone tell me why india seems to be the only country in the world who have to "cage" their fans while other countries?
