Wow. Have people really gone this low? To the point where murder, rape, robbery is cool? What about the other things in a city that make it worth even visiting? For instance, culture, architecture, style, ect. DC, and Richmond have plenty of those things. Thats quite pitiful guys.

Yeah, not sure why people pride themselves on how bad their neighborhood is. I'm from Richmond. It's really not that bad. I went to school in Baltimore and it was much more dangerous.
