I have looked at this video a few times. The ernie Kovacs show was a great show. I was a kid but my old man laughed his butt off so that's how I found out about it and became a fan too. They'll never be another one like him!

Yes, Edie was the female ape at the piano and the one standing with the mallets who drums on Ernie's head was his very good friend, Jack Lemmon. All three of them are gone now. Maybe in heaven The Nairobi Trio is once again making everyone laugh. |
