Bad trips happen when an individual is not grounded well at that time (many never are, of course). You *WILL* deal openly with whatever occupies your conscious and (especially) sub-conscious mind. They're not for everyone.

The chemical itself only physically affects you like an extremely strong pot of coffee. Thus, you have nothing to fear but your own take on things. If you are cognitively strong, and know yourself well, you're good to go. Be prepared to laugh, laugh, laugh and literally see things in a whole, new way.

Analogically, it is like the physical effect of wearing leg weights for a while and then taking them off; you go beyond the limits you have become accustomed to - in this case the effect is cerebral.

Antonio016, a simplified answer is that psychotropics "filter" or slow down the flow of chemicals the brain manufactures in the thalamus (middle of the brain) which are required for focus and attention. In so doing, your "field of perception" is "widened" temporarily.

well first off dont look in any mirrors. DO NOT take it by your self or with someone dats fucked up, i wouldnt suggest doing it outside or in the dark. do it in a room with birght lights and no absract paintings unless u have a really positive mind! if u want to know more just email me!

Lol umm I know teenagers take it :)well.. I did when I was a teen... don't do it much anymore though cos it fucks me head up.. but its soooo pretty so i am gonn take some trips with my mates on xmas day :)

Ok, well let me get this striaght. i never tried acid. I have friends who have done it and know plenty of others who have. Im curious to try it, but scared at the same time. Im a mostly positive person but im afraid of having a bad trip....can anyone suggest anything?
