i can get a flipping million of these with a game shark. you just need to actavate the game shark code, and press the select button while talking to the person. him walking forward must be a glitch. those are the three only lagindary's you can catch with a game shark. Also, there's a gameshark code for an easy catch pokemon. you just had to set it so it wasn't an easy win, and talk to the person once before pressing select to make it look more realistic.
