For all the credit unions and loan institutions approving people for an "x" amount of money with an annual interest rate of upwards to 30 percent, no wonder people are struggling to pay off their existing loans and debts. Fortunately I have a major in finance and can BUDGET properly which is why my assets (property) are going to protected unlike other people who put all their goods into "collateral" so they can be approved and get rapped in the end result.
